Our Slow Cooker Ginger Beef Recipe is so yummy, delicious ingredients, can be served with rice, noodles or mash.
Ingredients:
- 3 x tablespoons flour
- 2 x tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 x tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons sherry or red wine
- 1 x teaspoon mustard
- 1 x teaspoon beef stock
- 2 x tablespoons malt vinegar
- 1 x tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 x teaspoons curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 x teaspoons ginger
- 1kg diced beef
Method:
Add diced beef to the slow cooker, which you have put on low for 6 hours, mix all ingredients in a bowl, combine with a fork, pour over meat. Half way through give a good stir if you are around and add a potato or some carrots, or whatever you have in your fridge in the way of vegetables, can add a onion if you wish. Slow Cooker with switch off to warm once the 6 hours is up.
Very tasty, and so easy to make.
