200 grams chocolate chip biscuits

1/2 cup pistachio nuts

1/3 cup hazelnuts

1/3 cup macadamias

1/2 cup sultanas

300g milk chocolate

3/4 cup condensed milk

50g butter
Directions
Mix biscuits, nuts & sultanas in bowl. Put chocolate, condensed milk & butter in saucepan over low heat.
Cook until smooth & add to biscuit mixture.
Spoon into lined loaf pan, pressing down to prevent bubbles & smooth with spatula.
Cover with cling wrap & refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Tip out on plate & slice. Keeps in fridge for ages.
