Jiffy Pudding ( Self Saucing Caramel Pudding)

This is the most easiest, yummiest, wow factor desert ever! Jiffy Pudding is very naughty but a must have at Winter warmer dinner party. Is self saucing with an delicious caramel sauce. For a larger crowd eight people double the recipe. 

Ingredients:

• 1 x tablespoon butter
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup sultanas
• 1/2 cup milk

Sauce:

• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 cup brown sugar

Rub butter into flour, add salt, baking powder, sugar and sultanas, stir well. Add milk and mix to a paste.

Place in high greased baking dish and pour sauce ingredients over the top. 

Bake 180 degrees c for 30mins.

Serve, with wiped cream or ice-cream.
